Thanks for the info. Actually I have to desktops, one is running Ubuntu
connected to a linux server environment. The second is windows, I am using
both and benchmarking them for their performance, but you will be seeing
both of them in action until I can prove that Ubuntu stands out ;)

Hi Fouad,

One can always start using FOSS and Ubuntu instead of MS Office on
Windows before spreading the good news on FOSS.

I suggest Thunderbird, if working on a Windows platform.
