It doesn't seem to be listed on the Ministry of Higher Education's list of private ed. institutions:

The website seems to indicate that it's a virtual campus. From the FAQ page:

14. Q : What is the nature of Ansted University?

A: We have evolved into a virtual educational centre who has adapted itself to the modern hi-tech world.
