[ossig] exim config?

Hi all,
 I'm not sure is okay i post my quetsion here. But if some of you know 
the answer. Please point me the correct solution.
 
I using command send out email to my yahoo. Yahoo displayed it timestamp 
(under date column) as "Fri, 10 Mar 2006 12:28:57 +0000" with correct 
time but '+0000' timezone is worrying me. Should it displayed as "+0800"
I check the timezone is correct in my system. "Fri Mar 10 12:33:18 MYT 2006"
The stmp is 'exim'. Any idea? It is because of the exim.config needs 
some tweaking?
