Heard of the BSD license? Its an open source license, and you can make
applications that don't require giving the code to if someone asks for
All I'm saying is, you call your application an "open source" one,
you've won an open source excellence award for it, yet you haven't
licensed it under any open source license or there's no source code
Your application is really a proprietary application, riding on the open
source bandwagon's "name"
